What the hell is going on over there? I didn't think you could just sack people like that in this day and age, don't they need grounds to get rid of them, don't they have to go through procedures, verbal warnings, written warnings, etc. etc., I would imagine that the morale in the the club is at absolutely rock bottom at the moment.

I've read a few reports today that have mentioned Sol's willing to take a major pay cut to move to newcastle.
