    Managed it in 4 today, like yourself I do it first thing every morning, just a point I then go on and do the NY Times mini crossword, which at times can be awkward as some answers you only really know

Another example of the stupid Americanisation of English that is ever present on the internet @Fan of Big Tone

Apparently the yanks prefer to spell without the 'e' and therefore both spellings are correct.
