I am worried about the calibre of people declining the Notts job. Maybe some of the managerial candidates have taken the view that the squad isnt good enough and it could be career ending taking a club to relegation to the National League so its not worth the risk

 

@Bainbridge NCFC possibly but i don't think hardy wants to pay premium prices for a manager with more experience and better reputation.

@cheeky~k8 but he spent a lot on a rookie like Kewell.. 

Hardy didn’t have the guts to give Kewell the time he needed.

He may have done, i don't know the exact pricing details. I think he needs to look at the right market. If hes talking about experience and reputation, they are likely to want more than his budget allows.

At this point, after today’s performance...anyone apart from someone such as Martin Allen has got to be a massive risk. We need someone to rip the players apart and rebuild. Christ almighty the rubbish out there today.

Exactly... Today wouldnt encourage any manager to join.
