I feel confident too, and won't be quick to judge early on in the season if we struggle at first. We need to rally, continue the togetherness and create a great atmosphere around Notts.

It's all part of the master plan, I need to find time to do some graphics to promote this and a few of the other cooler features. Getting people involved, comfortable and happy to discuss topics is very encouraging!

It was a very good win for Notts, the second half saw the squad click and considering the changes that was made it is even more impressive how quickly they came to the games pace.

It would be nice, I am a bit gutted I don't fell well enough to go and I just have this feeling we will do well.

I believe it's related to the change in coach and the amount of signings we have made in midfield. Perhaps the German tour wasn't the best decision? A more focused group of friendlies, with the signings in place, or at least the majority, surely would have helped? I'm more concerned about the fans abusing the players and starting fights with each other.

I agree, but I do think Martin Paterson will play some of the players who need match fitness. I hope whoever gets a start proves that they have earned it.

I did somewhat overdo it, but I think the heat was the biggest factor, as I slept most of the time when I returned. Not because I wanted to sleep, but because my body forced me to shut down. I did manage to snap quite a few pictures, which I enjoyed.

Being a passenger, it's easy for me to say this, but it was a very routine trip. We did see an electric car ablaze on the way. Yet, we experienced no issues, and I hope it was the same for all the Notts community that attended.

Among all the unhappy comments I heard leaving the Rodney Parade Stadium, I felt happy and encouraged by the performance. The first half was a real joy to watch, something I think Martin Paterson should be able to get out more as the squad's fitness level increases.

I will be there too. I wasn't sure I would be, but my friend and his partner are now able to make it.

Ash, away days can be incredibly enjoyable! Safe travels to you, and I hope that you enjoy the day. It will be great to see our travelling supporters leave Newport happy. 🤞🏻

Ha! I don't know how you managed to keep your house cooler than outside. It's been unbearable in my home, even with fans and a nice breeze.

I spent most of the day trying to keep cool. It seemed to flare up the pain I was feeling. Either that, or it was just a bad day. It was ridiculously hot. I hope you and Mrs. T managed to stay cool.

Yes, just waiting for things to be upgraded and worked on. Progress is being made; just some resources take a little longer.

The lightweight versions are on my to-do list, the old design will return, but this current skin will remain the default site-wide. There's still quite a few things being worked on, so the site might be a little like a jigsaw for a few more days. I'm pleased with the feedback, and I am happy members like the new version.

    Thank you, @Robbie.

It'll be nice to crack on with the content, and enjoy the smoothness that comes with this upgrade.

PS. 4 hours later, I get a notification about your message. 😂

Thanks guys, I am still feeling tired from the bug, but otherwise I am okay. I will try to put things into place so that my absence in the future doesn't hold the community back. I apologise for the lack of content etc.

Well, at least you are sorted. I don't mind the rain personally; it's the cold that gets me but wrapping up warmly helps.

What're your plans for the Winter months? I am trying to convince my brother to get back to walking, but last time this year he called time on it until it got warmer.

The situation could have been better explained, I understand your feelings but the comments you feel are - aren't about you. I assure you mate. You have always put PON first.
