  1. Notts County's pushing for dominance against MK Dons' fighting spirit. Tomorrow can't come soon enough.
  2. I have donated. I wish you well with funding the site and covering costs in future months. I am more than happy to contribute.
  3. I suspect we will see the first glimpse of Junior Morias. I have hope that he will prove to be a valuable part of the squad. He hasn’t had much chance until now, so if Luke Williams decides to make changes which include him, it will be interesting to see how he does. Everything else is sort of to be expected. I do feel sorry for Sam Slocombe that he hasn’t had much of a chance. Aidan Stone is progressing nicely and is showing positive signs, but I still appreciate Slocombe. Accrington might be in good form, but I see little reason to fear them. I am more concerned that we won’t play as smoothly or calmly as we have seen at the back.
  4. The group has grown and started showing their potential, much to the credit of Luke Williams and his team. It’s all positive stuff, which is very rare for Williams. His approach to interviews is quite laid back. You can tell at times when he doesn’t want to answer questions or hoped they wouldn’t come up, but he does answer them. He’s a knowledgeable manager, who is showing that even with his lack of experience, he’s striving to be a success with us.
  5. Hello, welcome to PON @Terri.
  6. Hello, welcome to PON @Corinthian88.
  7. Well done to Jodi Jones on being called up for international duties! Good luck to him. It’s great to see him being recognised for his talent.
  8. I hope Cedwyn Scott isn’t out for an extended period of time. Either way, it’s important to give him time to heal and recover. He’s a very good player who will be missed, and I hope his injury isn’t serious.
  9. Hello, welcome @Gary Adamson. PON is a very good site.
  10. Hello, welcome @Andrew Edwards. PON is a very good site.
  11. I don't think there will be any additions; if we do, I think it's likely to be a single loan. I think Notts would have acted sooner if it was a permanent signing.
  12. It's great to see the optimism for Notts County's performance at home. I agree that seizing opportunities will be crucial, especially against a strong squad like Tranmere Rovers. The defensive aspect is a concern, and maintaining possession at the back sounds like a solid strategy. Hopefully, the home advantage will play a role in boosting Notts' performance. The size of the crowd might indeed impact the atmosphere. Let's hope for a well-fought match and a positive outcome for Notts. I can't make a score prediction for this game, it's difficult to call.
  13. I hope over the course of this season, we hear the chant loudly and proudly. Welcome to PON @JustLikeJuve.
  14. Hello, @JC1966. Welcome to this fantastic group of Notts fans.
  15. Welcome @Sir Magpie, you will find PON a good place to chat Notts.
  16. By the week, there are plenty of new members joining. Welcome to PON @NorthPie. Do join in from time to time.
  17. Integrating into a different style of football and in a new role is not a small task, yet Brindley has managed to do both with remarkable ease. His spirit and adaptability are admirable and crucial for Notts County’s progression. This just goes to show that when player commitment meets constructive coaching, success is more achievable.
  18. Glad that Williams is taking a pragmatic approach, recognising the good moves yet addressing the pitfalls. We need to up our concentration game and cut back on unnecessary fouls. The potential is there, just some refining needed. Keep the faith, folks!
  19. In full support of @TheSkipper's insights. Learning from this match and working on key issues such as creating and converting clear goal-scoring opportunities should be our prime focus moving forward. Every bit of progress matters!
  20. Cameron’s comments about the team’s excitement to get back into league football and face better opposition are also very promising. It shows that the team is motivated and eager to take on new challenges, which bodes well for their performance in League Two.
  21. Welcome to the club everyone! PON is a very good site.
  22. Nigel Jemson ????
  23. It’s great to head into the season having won our remaining friendlies. While the performance may not matter as much, winning does breed confidence. After the matches against Stoke and Forest, some players may have doubts creeping into their minds. Luke Williams will know which squad to field, but it would be nice to see some of the younger players given a chance.
  24. Ryan Fallowfield should really reconsider elbowing players. With the prevalence of video recording these days, it’s not wise to engage in unsportsmanlike behaviour. The FA made the right decision in this case.
  25. Trevor Christie is another one.
