Match discussion: Notts v Boreham Wood
Pedestrian football at it's worst, no penetration or intent, to much sideways & backwards passing. Bostock & Palmer don't work. To many players had an off night, hope fatigue isn't starting to creep in but then again they don't exert themselves with continuing with walking football

Match Discussion: Game 5 - The Shaymen (A)
No points, no goals, no manager, sold their best players. Just the game we lose, typical Notts

Match Discussion: Game 1 - The Magpies (H)
A few things to work on in training, sloppy In places but can be worked on. Report says must improve for better opposition

Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Terras (H)
Honestly 3-1 flattered us, not witnessed being this sloppy for a while, played like strangers to each other 2nd half. If I.B wasn't happy how does he think the fans feel

Match Discussion: Game 39 - The Linnets (H)
Notts didn't have to get out of 2nd gear to be honest

Match Discussion: Game 34 - Daggers (A)
I was hoping that anyone who went would had reported how they thought Arter did, I can only go by radio commentary who thought he had a good hour.

Match Discussion: Game 22 - Red Dragons (H)
Apart from the pen, they didn't look like scoring to be honest, a fair bit of possession as you would expect, we outpassed them all game. On a side note Francis had his best game for us today.

Match Discussion: Game 16 - The Spitfires (A)
Sadly it's going to happen a few more times before the season ends. And this is what's going to keep us in this league for another season

Won't finish anyone off if we keep squandering easy chances

Match Discussion: Game 14 - The Mariners (A)
We've got 7 from 9 against fancied opposition, now we need to do same against lesser teams.

Slocombe won't command his box if he was 10ft tall

And fail again if we don't address the problem areas, which we can all see.

How important is Michael Doyle now to Notts County?
At the moment Doyle & Rose are a liability. And Ardley refuses to make changes in midfield

Kevin Nolan: 'Notts County pondering potential move for free agent Nile Ranger'
If he were to come, he would have former team mates Nolan, Ameobi and Smith to guide him. Seems he's had a few chances already. But he would have to convince the Notts management and Alan, that he would buckle down and tow the line. I can see a contract till the end of season, what other strikers are available. At least Nolan knows him, and if he can get him to play then why not. In Kev and Alan we trust
