Nice gesture by Stoke FC
Stoke City has evidently reminded us of the beauty of football - it's not merely a competition, it is indeed a fraternity bound by love for the sport and respect for one another. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, has the potential to make a huge difference. It's really a testament to their sportsmanship spirit. Does anyone know if Notts did donate themselves?

A Plea for Support from an Elderly Notts Fan
We're all fans here, let's behave like it. Negativity won't help the young players, support will.

Archie Mair joins Gateshead
While I'm happy that Archie is embarking on a new path with Gateshead, from a Notts standpoint, it would have been for him to return. Agreed, he isn't ready to replace Sam Slocombe just yet, but providing Mair with enough touches could have been an excellent long-term plan. He needs more time to mature, and regular face-offs will contribute to boosting his self-confidence. However, it's also crucial to remember that every player's journey is different and subject to many variables. The important thing is to stay patient. Notts has a history of nurturing talent, and surely, Archie Mair's story will be yet another intriguing chapter in our club's illustrious legacy.

Notts County Manager Luke Williams Discusses Pre-Season Injuries and Stoke City Friendly
I am quite reassured by Sam Slocombe's injury status. It seems pretty minor, and his recovery should be swift. We could do with him back in full fitness as soon as possible! I do think Aidan Stone looks like a comfortable backup keeper, which takes the stress off the club from needing to find cover if Tiernan Brooks is to go out on loan.

Celebrities Do Nothing
I often wonder, how much of the news around celebrities is worth our time.

Andy Dallas to Gillingham?
The move would definitely be a gamble for Dallas and Gillingham alike. Dallas's past performances haven't been spectacular, but there are flashes of talent. I suppose it's about whether Gillingham can harness that talent and bring the best out of him.

Neal Ardley leaves Solihull Moors
Neal Ardley isn’t the type to leave just for the sake of it, so I hope all is well and that it has nothing to do with his family.

5,000 season tickets
I don’t see why Notts can’t sell more than 6,000 tickets. There’s still time, and I think this is the main reason why Notts has been extending the offer. I can only imagine the resources that will be at the club’s disposal with better sales.

Awful News
It is a very sad time for Nottingham. While it may seem insensitive to some, I can’t help but imagine the potential consequences if this had occurred in a busier area or at a busier time. Nonetheless, the reality of what did happen is still awful.

Notts County’s future prospects
My current focus is on League Two. I am just happy to be back in the football league. I understand the optimism and belief that others have expressed, but we need to see how we perform in the upcoming campaign before making any further plans.

Ruben is leaving - official
I had assumed he would move to a sunnier country, but I suspect that money played a role in his decision to join Oxford. If he has a good season, he could potentially move to a Championship club. Oxford fans will need to establish a connection with him, as the bond he had with his previous club was very special.

Fan who invaded pitch to win bet is banned
Fans who try to disrupt games or run on while the game is going on are just awful. No other words could describe it.

Charlie Slater’s take on David McGoldrick
There’s a lot packed into that story, but it’s interesting. I think it would be good to hear David’s side if it were ever to happen.

McGoldrick returns to #Notts!
I believe David McGoldrick should do well. I don’t expect him to score over 20 goals and I think some other fans should lower their expectations, but I believe he will contribute with assists. He’s very much Notts through and through if you watch his interview.

ireland u21 call up for tiernan brooks
It's gratifying to witness Tiernan serving as a representative for both Ireland and Notts. As a promising young goalkeeper, he simply requires ample time on the pitch to further develop his skills. His contribution to both teams highlights the importance of nurturing and supporting emerging talent in the world of football.

David McGoldrick: "It's nice to be back at Notts County, it is my club"
It’s great to see David McGoldrick returning to his boyhood club and expressing his delight at being back at Meadow Lane. I’m sure he’ll be a valuable asset to the team.

Our Out of Contract Players: Stay or Go?
I hope everyone but Ruben signs, I would be gutted if Aaron Nemane left. I think Kyle Cameron and Jim O’Brien will want to have another go at promotion for sure. They are both quality players and leaders on the pitch.
-
Scott Arfield
I would say no, we need up-and-coming players that can grow with the club and have a future. Not more older legs that only offer experience. David McGoldrick should be the last player to sign over 32. He is a legend but we need to look forward, not backward.

Off the line Blog on who Notts should sign
I read the blog, I thought it was okay but nothing special. It didn’t really tell me anything new or interesting. It was just a summary of what has been said before by other sources.
