There is another important take on this matter The loanees we have taken , probably have been given to us on the basis of a footballing back 3. So if we switch to a back 4, the loanees could be gone in the January window!

The Club's DNA is 3 at the back, that allows an extra guy in midfield. I am still concerned about the ease we lose possession and I still don't have the confidence in the head coach
