Just a presser today, I think the board is talking to managers and will appoint one on Saturday or shortly thereafter. We may know who it could be if any are present at the game, but I am not expecting Neil Warnock. I'm not against that, I just feel it's a rumour started to stir up things. At this stage I wouldn't bet on anyone, at least not as a sure thing.

You would expect a professional team to do their homework, and by this I mean know, going into games, how they can punish us. Most, if not all, of the goals we give away come from trying to pass when very few options exist going forward. We play ourselves into tight angles and just pass back. Luke could do with getting us to be a bit more fluid and instruct the players to shake off their marker because there's not enough movement in the middle of the pitch. It's very easy to blame defenders and the keeper, but most defenders are known for their passing ability. We need to cut out going back and just make space to take the ball a few yards more forward. John Bostock had the ability to distribute the ball to either side, while everyone can link with each other. It would take the pressure largely off the defenders because currently it's like a wave when the shore's coming in. It's never-ending, and this leads to errors, poor judgment, and bad defensive decisions.

I agree, it's a poor showing on the club's part and it can't be explained by anything else other than the fact that we have lost games. It becomes even more disappointing when we win, to see the player interviews encouraged, especially after having had silence. We are in this together, and the club shouldn't fail to deliver post-match reactions after losing as it gives a sense of accountability. I understand why Notts doesn't interview players after every defeat, but they shouldn't overlook defeats as a chance for the player being interviewed to give an honest response as to what happened.

Certainly, Simon Weaver has gained a lot of respect for his long tenure at Harrogate Town. It would be great if this stops the constant rumours about Luke Williams moving to another club, but even if he were to sign a lengthy 10-year contract, keeping him here until 2036 on paper, there would still be Notts fans who worry or doubt his commitment to our club, fearing he might leave. Until he proves himself in this league, particularly during our current rough patch, I don't think he'll be leaving anytime soon.

It's a good opportunity to secure another win at home, especially with the cold weather arriving and the Christmas period being one of the toughest times in a season. Notts will have to take full advantage of games like this. Macaulay Langstaff could have a great game against their defence if we can perform well enough. After seeing their highlights on the football league show, they leave so many opportunities to be taken. Notts must be at their finest!

Really poor defending led to the goals, but let's remember we're a team that likes to attack. Signing Aden Baldwin was a great move for us, but we can't make excuses for our mistakes. We need a strong defender to lead the way at the back. With some proper training and video analysis, we can fix these errors and become a better team. Our players aren't bad, but our tactics do leave us vulnerable. Shrewsbury did their research, but even though our defense was terrible, we can still improve.

I'm feeling quite optimistic ahead of our match against The Wombles. Despite their decent squad, I believe we have the talent and determination to take them down. Our midfield trio of Crowley, Bostock, and McGoldrick looks particularly strong, and I think they'll be able to control the pace of the game and create plenty of opportunities for our attackers. With the likes of Langstaff and possibly Austin up front, we've got more than enough firepower to trouble any defense. Of course, The Wombles won't be pushovers, and we'll need to be at our best defensively if we want to come away with three points. Their striker, Tilley, is a real handful, and we'll need to keep him quiet if we want to shut down their attack. But overall, I think we've got the tools to get the job done. A win would be massive for our playoff push, and I'm confident that we can deliver.

Luke Williams comments on Notts County's game plan against Wimbledon have filled me with confidence. His emphasis on playing to our strengths and taking the game to the opposition is spot on. If we can execute his plans effectively, I believe we'll come away with a positive result. Bring on the Dons.

Great moments in the history of Notts County include the potential accomplishments of having a striker like Tommy Lawton and a goalkeeper like Roy Carroll in our present squad.

For England, the match was rather routine, and I must acknowledge that their performance was commendable. However, I do agree that Italy appeared to be a disappointing representation of a footballing nation that once held great stature in the sport.

I have reservations about the decision in the long run. While they have selected a capable manager, if they are unwilling to grant them sufficient time to make improvements, they will only find themselves stuck in a cycle of repeating this process. It becomes challenging to make progress under such circumstances. It's understandable that MK Dons fans desired Alexander's departure, but it is crucial for them to wholeheartedly support the new appointment without reservation.

Notts County is our beloved club, and though we've had our fair share of challenges, it holds a special place in our hearts. While there are several other teams out there, not many can boast the rich history and heritage that Notts possesses within the English Football League (EFL). It's a privilege to stand alongside other esteemed clubs with such a storied past. Here's hoping that, with optimism and perseverance, we can make our way back to the Championship in the future. Fingers crossed for success!

I'm deeply impressed by Williams's ability to articulate his thoughts so clearly, especially the acknowledgment that league position means nothing on match day. That in itself shows his sportsmanship and understanding of the game. It'll be thrilling to observe how Notts match up against a versatile team like Colchester United.

I wish them success, but their journey is an arduous one, and I struggle to envision them overcoming it. Forest invested a significant amount of money to avoid relegation, a luxury that Luton cannot afford. By January, other clubs facing relegation may bolster their squads with reinforcements. It is truly remarkable what they have accomplished thus far.

We mustn't assume anything as we approach our upcoming matches. There is a possibility that we may encounter difficulties, and Colchester United could very well be one of those challenges. So far, Notts has displayed commendable game management, but I am fully aware that it won't be a straightforward task.

It is likely that he earned a decent salary during his time at Colchester, which is why I suspect he was let go by the club. In the National League, clubs are not as strictly bound by the Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations. Therefore, his signing by Dagenham and Redbridge can be seen as a lucrative move for both parties involved.

Luke Williams is on a different level when it comes to management, and his approach demands respect. Although we haven't won any titles yet, our club is in an excellent position. I believe we can strengthen our position even more and turn this season into something truly extraordinary. However, as others suggest, we must focus on each game individually to achieve our goals.

Since they possess all the answers to the impending catastrophe of global warming, let us grant Let's Stop Oil the authority to eliminate all our problems in the UK. There is no one else but them who can rescue us at this moment. ????????

Rest in peace, Colin Murphy. It is disheartening to hear of his demise.

Did they say much? I am eagerly anticipating our participation in the FA Cup. Given the current state of our support, a good away day would be great.

Matt Smith can be described as nothing more than a bully, relying on intimidation tactics against other players. At the age of 34, it is safe to say that he is well past his prime. The main concern lies in his tendency to use elbowing and shirt grabbing as techniques, especially considering that Connell Rawlinson is likely faster. Aden Baldwin would handle the situation better, given Salford's genuine quality and pace. In my opinion, Cameron, Brindley, and Baldwin would form a solid back three. Smith will heavily depend on others to carry out most of the work. I have confidence that Brindley and Baldwin can handle the situation effectively.

Junior Morias appears to be the most significant disappointment in terms of signings, as it appears unlikely that he will be included in Luke Williams' team in the near future. It is crucial that he is given an opportunity to play alongside our talented players, as the assessment should not be solely based on our team's performance or control of a match. Considering his prolonged absence from football, I would argue that playing a full game would not be advantageous in the slightest.

It is highly probable that Anderlecht did not obtain his approval to remain in the country. Nonetheless, I perceive them in a similar light to Notts and Wolves in relation to FGR. If he does not contribute to their coaching efforts or if the current manager is dismissed, I envision him being clubless once more.
