Jodi Jones played out of his skin, earning my vote. Without his drive to get Notts back into the game, Notts might have continued to struggle. The squad did excellently once they got to grips with the game, but Jodi shined throughout.

Solid performance once those horrible 6 minutes had passed. I don’t know why Cheek always seems likely to score against Notts, but he was outshined in the long run. The penalty couldn’t have come at a better time, and while 4-2 might be misleading based on how Bromley played, there’s no doubt Notts deserved the win. It was a classy performance to come back into the game against a decent team who shouldn’t be written off. Wins like this are important.

What a rollercoaster of a match! To start so poorly and be 2-0 down within six minutes was disheartening, but the team showed immense character. Jodi Jones winning and converting the penalty was the turning point, and from there, the team took control. Dan Crowley and Alassana Jatta’s goals were a testament to our attacking flair. Special mention to Alex Bass for keeping us in the game with some stellar saves. This win is a solid indication of our potential this season.

I wasn’t able to get a ticket for the game, although I had made plans to attend. So, I have a free weekend now. I am not that bothered, but I think Bromley should have allocated more seats to bring in extra revenue from our fans. I hope that Notts can show more improvements away from home. The Swindon win was pleasing and well-deserved, but the home games so far have been much more polished performances from the team. I assume Bromley will want to make it hard work for Notts, so they may commit bodies behind the ball. It would be nice to see David McGoldrick’s form continue. It would also be pleasing to see Matt Palmer make his full return, along with Dan Crowley and Jodi Jones. It’s a must-win game to keep morale high and hope alive amongst the fans.

Securing Jodi Jones’ signature will pay for itself by 2027. I imagine his name is popular on the back of youngsters’ shirts. The seats his entertaining performances will fill should be more than enough to pay back the new deal. I am pleased for Jodi; he’s worked hard for it. I am also pleased that it’s more than a single year. It highlights how much he’s settled at Notts.

I'm over the moon about Jones' contract extension! His contribution to Notts County has been invaluable, evident from his record-breaking 24 assists last season. Every time I step into Meadow Lane, I feel a sense of pride. The history of Notts County runs deep, and it’s wonderful to see that celebrated while also embracing modern football. The Nest is a fantastic addition, allowing fans to gather and enjoy the atmosphere before matches. Plus, the food options are a breath of fresh air compared to the usual fare. Neither player seemed all that good in a team, but I am sure they had something about them. Remaye Campbell had a chance, unlike Montel Gibson, but they always looked like Non-League players. There’s nothing wrong with that either!

I would be happy if any Notts player was chosen, so I'm pleased that Jodi Jones was selected as Sky Sports' League Two Player of the Month for August. He has played very well so far, and I hope this will inspire him to play even better for Notts.

Sometimes he played scrappy football, but he was a very good player who enjoyed the club's success in the early 1990s. He was part of a group of young players, like Tommy Johnson, Mark Draper, and Michael Johnson, who were destined for success in football. His career was long and successful, and Birmingham City fans remember his performances fondly. He is also fondly remembered by Notts County fans.

I think Labour has been dealt a bad hand by the Tory party's leadership of the UK. It's unfortunate that they had to make cuts in certain areas, but it was unavoidable. I hope support is given to those who are struggling, but everyone has to deal with challenges as we work to get things back on track. Regarding net zero, I agree with @menzinho that it's up to the worst offenders, like China, to start making changes. China is the world's worst polluter and often disregards its CO2 emissions.

It's stating the obvious and reminds Notts fans that we've lost the best striker we've had in years. I hope Millwall fans have the sense to push their club to recruit in the right area and support Macaulay Langstaff.

It's best to share the statement before any unrest, so I commend the club for thinking ahead and potentially preventing disappointment.

It is appropriate that Notts County is paying tribute to Sven-Göran Eriksson, whose time as Director of Football was a significant boost and media attraction during one of the club's best seasons in many years. It is sad to think that we are saying goodbye to him without being able to bring him back to the club in the years since, but this tribute will be our way of recognizing his contributions.

It's good to hear from Accrington fans. They're usually fair. Accrington Stanley has been successful under Andy Holt. He seems to care about the club, and it's hard for teams like ours to keep our best players. Notts knows this from losing Langstaff and Nemane. I think Notts can use the momentum from recent games. If our players work hard, we should score goals.

Some people say he's lazy, but he could play in the Championship if he tried harder. He sounds like the kind of player we used to sign under Trew. We hoped we'd find a hidden gem. It will be interesting to see if Notts is the right place for him and if he'll work hard here. I don't care about his past. Everyone makes mistakes, and if he doesn't do it again, I don't hold it against him.

Well, it's good to see Jatta back in the starting lineup. The rest of the team should stay the same. David McGoldrick played well at Swindon Town, but I think he's better coming on from the bench. He just played a full game. Accrington Town has some good players, but they haven't been able to keep many of their best ones.

This is what an experienced player does when the team is in form. Part of me is glad that he recognises the need to improve, but I also think he's being a bit too hard on himself. His performance was perfectly fine. As I said, a player with his background and experience in the Championship will only help us with our promotion goals.
