Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Iron (H)
Luke Williams is facing some serious challenges, with injuries, international duty, and possibly even Langstaff's recent injury. Maybe withdrawing Langstaff from the England C squad was the right move to protect him and our team, but why take any unnecessary risks? Ruben will need to elevate his game and keep up his recent impressive form. Our success hinges on it. We can't afford to lose to Scunthorpe, especially with all the tickets already sold. We owe it to our fans and ourselves to give it our all and come out on top!

Match Discussion: Game 38 - Wanderers (H)
I was really worried when Dorking scored first, but once again, our team showed their true character. However, I have to admit that I was a bit uneasy when I saw that we only had four players on the bench. That's including a goalkeeper and only three midfielders. It wasn't ideal, especially if things didn't go as planned. To be honest, having a limited number of substitutes could cause a few problems for the team, particularly if there was an injury or players were feeling fatigued. It's crucial to have a variety of options to choose from, especially during the latter part of the game. Despite the circumstances, our team put on a fantastic performance, and I was genuinely inspired by their resilience. Looking forward, I'm hoping that we'll have some of our players back in action for tomorrow's match. It would definitely help to have a more extensive selection of players to choose from, especially when making crucial substitutions. It's important to be prepared for any challenges that may arise during the game, and having a full complement of players will undoubtedly increase our chances of winning.

Match Discussion: Game 32 - The Spitfires (H)
Eastleigh is presently positioned 5th in the league, and they are a formidable National League team capable of causing trouble for any opponent if given the opportunity. They managed to secure a 1-0 victory over Oldham and suffered a 1-0 defeat against Yeovil. They appear to perform better when playing on their home turf. I think for Notts to achieve success, we require sparks from Ruben Rodrigues in midfield, and I believe that Matt Palmer can build on his Saturday's performance on Tuesday night, they find us more challenging. Also, I think Evans deserves a chance to start.

Geraldo Bajrami shines in Notts County's victory over Dorking Wanderers
It is commendable to possess a player such as him who is willing to step up when required, particularly considering that he is unlikely to be a consistent member of the starting lineup due to the superior performances of those ahead of him. He exhibits skill on the field and has delivered strong performances for our team throughout this season.

Match Discussion: Game 36 - The Lillywhites (A)
I won't take credit away from Bromley; they did far better in the first half. Notts just took longer to get into the match, but by the second half, we had chances. I don't think it's really fair to blame the pitch outright. The game could have been ours if we had taken some of the chances we created. The biggest plus for me is Tiernan Brooks, who looked ready to play. He had a shaky first 25 minutes, but was solid after that.

Match Discussion: Game 36 - The Lillywhites (A)
My confidence in Notts achieving a decisive triumph over Bromley is absolutely unwavering. I have an unshakeable belief that our players are fired up and determined to redeem themselves after the previous defeat to Dagenham, and demonstrate to the entire league, not just us fans that they have what it takes to compete with the best of them. Yes, there may be a few adjustments made to account for fitness concerns, but I have no doubt that Luke Williams and the team will have thoroughly studied Bromley and developed a winning strategy. In fact, I'm so certain that we'll emerge victorious that I'm already envisioning the final score: 3-1 in our favour. Let's go, Notts!

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Daggers (H)
The officials conducted a game with many poor decisions and missed fouls, making for a shocking display despite the good performance by Notts. Nevertheless, it was an entertaining match with two teams playing to win. While Dagenham & Redbridge initially sat back, their counterattacks posed a significant threat. The result could have been in our favour if we had stopped insisting on walking the ball into the net and had not given the ball away so easily. Notts' two key mistakes resulted in the opposition's two goals, but I am proud of our undefeated streak. I hope to see a swift return to our winning ways and shake off the fatigue that Luke Williams mentioned.

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Daggers (H)
It's crucial that we use it as a source of motivation to go on another unbeaten streak and secure a victory against Wrexham on their home ground. Despite feeling hard done by some of the decisions made during the game, it's important to remember that such challenges are commonplace in this division. As a team, we need to stay focused and determined, using our disappointment as fuel to improve our performance and achieve our goals.

Luke Williams shares insights on his bond with Reedtz Brothers following Notts County's latest successful transfer
All of the things Luke Williams mentions is just a glowing report of how better Notts County are now, the fact he understands why the brothers may say no but both parties know its what is best for the club. Not egos, bank accounts, to spite fans or any of that nonsense. Long may it continue!

Match Discussion: Game 34 - The Shrimpers (H)
There has been a lot of talk about player performances but for me Connell Rawlinson and Sam Austin deserve huge praise, both have done well when played. Austin has been a perfect signing and Rawlinson has reclaimed his composure. On his day, he's a very good defender who puts his body on the line without thought. The performance being topped off with 4 goals, is only outshined by the clean sheet. I don't think Sam Slocombe was all that troubled but clean sheets are to clean sheets.

Match Discussion: Game 18 - Daggers (H)
I have a good feeling about the game, I think the attendance will be hit with many die hard fans opting to stay at home and watch the game on BT Sports. Nothing wrong with that at all, but if you do stay home please don't use it as an excuse if the club plays poorly/loses/draws. I can't be the only fan who is hoping for a repeat in hammering them?

Match Discussion: Game 17 - The Wood (A)
I am not disappointed, it sounded like a decent performance but I think now highlights that we need to improve in a few crucial areas if we aim to get promoted. Another striker is a must, someone who can finish the chances we create and possibly a winger who can run down the by line taking the opposition on. I like Joel Taylor, but he drifts in and plays deeper. As for the result, yes Notts could've won the match 1-0. I just feel that it gives a base to show where we need to improve away from home.

Match Discussion: FA Cup - The Dale (H)
They did, but when we turned it on they struggled to match us. It's a shame we shut off at the very end, as I think we could've won otherwise.
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup - The Dale (A)
Some of their fans still hold a resentment towards Notts. Rochdale would never have won it, Steve Cotterill surprised us all by improving the form and pushing to the top place. I am pleased we managed to bring them back to Meadow Lane, I hope we can knock them out on our soil.

Match Discussion: FA Cup - The Dale (A)
I dislike Rochdale ever since the season we won the league, their fans whinging about us cheating to win the league. I would love it if we gave a chance to some of the fringe players and, used the in form squad members then smashed them.
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (H)
If Notts manages to kick the KOP end way in the second half, I think the fans will get behind them and it will help. Home soil should give us the advantage, but Notts aren't in any sort of form right now. I would like to see a good performance, or win ugly.

Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (A)
I missed Roberts off. ????????
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (A)
Patterson Brindley Brennan Cameron Chicksen Vincent Nemane O'Brien Rodrigues Roberts Mitchell I think we should be fine to allow Wootton to sit this one out, leave him on the bench if we must but priority needs to be on the league fixtures. If Taylor is fit, start him ahead of Chicksen but from what I have read it seems unlikely that he will be able to make the start. Palmer is another player who I would like to see reserved for the league, as we don't want to risk anything happening to him as he's best midfielder at Notts right now.

Notts County injury update: Ian Burchnall talks about returning key players
Lacey, Cameron, Rawlinson and Slocombe are all crucial players, Notts needs them and I will be pleased to see the club go back to full strength. It's good that Burchnall acted fast to bring in the loans, I think these need extending if possible. Just to have that cover if needed, it also allows the occasional rotation.
-
Match Discussion: Game 11 - The Glovers (A)
Seeing out games is something I think the squad will get better at, what with players returning. Provided we keep a strong defence, I think the worries should be over. I am glad Notts managed to get the 2-0 win. By all means it could've been more goals for Notts, but the job was done which is all that matters.
-
Match Discussion: Game 10 - The Shaymen (A)
Its as if the players get to a certain minute and think the job is done, so they just switch off defensively. Its poor but it shows that we need players comfortable in the centre back positions, not left or right backs. 2-0, to 3-2 it shouldn't happen as easy as it did. Understandable the out cry of disappointment, but those calling for Ian Burchnall's head need to ask different questions. Once the players step onto the grass, it's down to them to do the basics. All his decisions made sense such as taking Ruben off. Why leave him on only to risk a red card?

Former Manchester City and Rangers wide man Aaron Nemane joins Notts County
He should sell a few shirts with his name on the back, superb signing!

Ian Burchnall adds experienced English Football League midfielder Matt Palmer to the Notts County ranks
Speaks well, says he's bought into the project. Take us back to the Football League Ian Burchnall.
