I have fixed all the existing themes which members can choose from, ensuring that they are all back to working order. If an issue does occur, or you notice something please don't sit on it, mention it and I'll get to the bottom of it as quickly as I can. However, I am happy with the tests and checks I have performed.
The default PON theme has been completely resolved.
The lightweight theme is fixed.
The fluid version which breaks down the forums into a single listing is unchanged as it didn't appear to have any issues.
With these changes, I have made sure that the icons in the mobile app are fixed and work accordingly. This includes the mode toggle, which is now my own code as I found the two previous apps to be fiddly to maintain as I made alterations to one and the other used the incorrect icon for the light mode.
The majority of resources have been re-enabled after upgrading them to the latest version; only two remain disabled currently. I have also upgraded to the latest version of the site software which brings mostly fixes and speed improvements with the removal of redundant javascript.
The Full List can be read below:
I have made enhancements to the bookmark tool, as I have waited for awhile and the dev doesn't seem interested in adding FURLs. I decided to make the changes myself, along with further improvements. I will maintain, however I don't claim ownership.
I have built the following applications to bring better user-based functions.
Post Success Message (enable this via your content preference settings)
Group Icons for dark/light mode per theme
I have also increased all groups upload images to reflect on a fair amount of storage, which should make managing attachments easier.
Coming Soon:

Team application system - Only created the core app, no actual code
Various small tweaks I call a power pack - Only created the core app, no actual code
Support Topics and suggestion - based topic templates, to bridge into the task manager if items need my attention with fixes or implementing
I am open to further suggestions; I am basically coding in my spare time that I set aside from PON. The reason some apps have started is it's easy to hit a wall, and instead of allowing the frustation or issue to control my time. I move on and come back. I find this a very practical way of working on items, as a breather usually sees me learn and fix what I couldn't before taking a step away.
I would like all who read this to know my aim is to bring back the content ASAP, however, there are still things out of my control such as if I am unwell. I have missed putting out content, but at the same time I can get overwhelmed by social media. I believe the publisher tool I am close to competing with will allow team members to chip in on their terms. It's about making a difference where possible, but it would be welcomed as with the right interest the gaps I find difficult due to health could be somewhat covered.
Please do whatever you can to help, whether that be commenting or starting topics. It's wonderful to see so many people engaging, and although things are slow, the community never fails to amaze me.
It's a pleasure to be able to do what I can, and although sometimes it's not enough. Your support goes along way in allowing me to fire on all cylinders!
Many thanks!
Chris
The massive issue with Grant is that because we only play 1 centre forward the attacking midfielders need score goals. He’s got got 2 goals and 2 assists and in a team like ours he should be doing better. Look at Charlie Whitaker playing in a side that is so much worse than ours yet he’s scored 9 goals... Talking about keeping Didzy maybe we should've tried just as hard to keep Whitaker.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Grant's work-rate and commitment to close down but for me he’s just a useful squad player to have. When Ruben played as a No.10 he scored goals and set them up, as did Scott, then Crowley and Didzy. I thought Hall was on the way to doing it but after he got sent off against Bristol he’s just looked off the pace.
@menzinho
Whitaker may be scoring goals for Tranmere but Tranmere have conceded 65 goals & are still not safe from relegation. Grant is a much stronger all round player than Whittaker, & he's the type of player that Patto prefers, hard working, a team player & stronger defensively.
Absolutely correct. Getting goals and assists from your No.10s in this formation is a non-negotiable 'must have'
MP has dropped Grant multiple times now - he gets back in because nobody else can claim the shirt.
The position has been a tremendous let down, verging on a disaster. We shouldn't speak about 'best' options there, but 'least worst'
Having said that, where are we now?
Hall's form has collapsed completely. It may be too late for Luker to come back. Kouhyar was given starts there and was terrible. Iorpenda should be playing deeper. Dennis and Ndlovu are suspended. It's not looking good with Tangan (did Montague mess up or has MP botched it - our only attempt to solve our biggest issue in the window?)
So we'll have to get behind Conor Grant tonight and hope he does well. But he should know that getting a No.10 pick for a promotion-aspiring club does mean that goals and assists are expected and that's the main thing you'll be judged on.
