Paul Devlin was a great player. I was disappointed when Notts County let him go, but it was the right decision for Devlin. He found a home at Birmingham City, and I believe his time at Notts County gave him the confidence to further his career. It was always exciting to see his name on the teletext when he scored or when the final scores were updated.

That's a good point. I agree that the club is simply informing us of their efforts, and I don't take that for granted. The club is making progress, and I'm sure that if the board thinks it's necessary, they will consider bringing in new players during the next transfer window.

I hope that Notts plays a similar game to the one against Grimsby Town. A strong start, an early goal, and controlling the game would be ideal. While we might not see many goals, it would be great if Notts takes the lead early on and gains confidence throughout the match. It would also be good to see more of the players who are still settling in.
