Luke Williams on Notts County’s Win: ‘Energy and Aggression Were Back’
This match truly highlighted the robustness of our team and coach Williams' tactical brilliance. His emphasis on energy and aggression blended perfectly to outshine Crawley's modern style of play. Special mention to McGoldrick and Jones despite their physical setback. They fought till the end - a true mark of sportsmanship and dedication!

Wendy Patrick: The Notts County Fan with a Heart as Big as the Pitch
Wendy's story celebrate some of the essence of what being a fan is all about, support, a feeling of belonging to a community, and carrying that passion over to all walks of life. By seeing her dedication, not just towards the game but also towards a charitable cause, we are reminded that it's more than just football, it's about nurturing a feeling of unity and positivity. Wendy's love for our club, which extends to social contributions, is something we can all look up to and aspire to emulate. Here's to hoping her story catalyses more fans around to follow her lead.

Mark Stallard’s Take: ‘Lack of Inspiration’ Plagues Notts County’s Play
Whilst the lack of inspiration is undeniable, I believe it's not the only issue here. We're seeing a pervasive lack of coordination and poor decision-making leading to squandered chances. Whatever the tactical plan was, it seemed to have missed its mark spectacularly. The 'passive' approach pointed out by Stallard was shocking, considering our history of actively threatening the opposition. Maybe it's time to rethink tactics?

Lewis Macari....
Bringing in a player who doesn’t get to start often seems futile. I would consider him, but the price has to be right and it shouldn’t come at the expense of signing a stronger leader who plays centre back. We need someone who is defensively alert, who will organise the team and wake up those who are dozing off.

Luke Williams calls for more respect for Dan Crowley
Dan Crowley certainly deserves our backing, although I hope he learns from his decision to tussle with opposition players inside our penalty area. That’s a disaster waiting to happen and puts us on the defensive. Thankfully, he’s shown more class than anything else.

Match Discussion: Game 20 - The Red Devils (H)
If Notts starts off on the wrong foot, the crowd might become restless, which could add to the pressure. The players need to take more responsibility when defending; there’s no excuse for them to crumble. The strategy of playing three centre backs works at home, but perhaps a rethink is needed for away games. If we don’t secure at least a point against Crawley, it would be a big let-down. We have to face it, we’re doing well, but talk of promotion from the board and club only increases the pressure.

Vote for November Member(s) of the Month.
Regarding the member point, it’s a tough call but honestly, I could have voted for either. There are one or two members who I wish would share more of their thoughts instead of just initiating content because I think they’re brilliant. I may not always agree, but a different perspective can be quite intriguing. Best of luck to everyone.

Notts Alumni: Ben Davies
He quickly won over fans with his enthusiasm and standout performances on the field. He was a truly entertaining player who netted some fantastic goals during his stint at Notts. Even on less eventful days, he managed to display a touch of brilliance.

Luke Williams’ Take on Notts County’s Defeat: A Lesson in Transparency
Williams' post-match natter certainly cuts deep. His honesty, though refreshing, highlights the harsh truth that the performance was not up to par. However, the burden shouldn’t solely rest on his shoulders. The players on the pitch need to rise to the occasion as well. Now is the time to put in the effort, shake off the disappointment, and gear up for the next match.

John Bostock on the Uniqueness of Notts County: A Blend of Leadership, Vision, and History
Bostock's insights into the team's culture and performance reveal a lot about why Notts County is such a unique club. The highlight for me is the importance he places on leadership and teamwork - that's what makes a great team. And it's even better to see him express joy in helping younger players. Very inspiring!

Can Notts County Break Their Away Game Dry Spell with a Win Against AFC Wimbledon?
Notts County brings a level of enthusiasm and performance this season that is infectious. Their ascendance in the league table reflects their commitment and dedication. Losing Jodi Jones to suspension could have been a setback but the fighting spirit of the team assuages any doubts. It's wonderful to see the supporters rally behind the team, their cheers and encouragement adds a layer of confidence to the squad. Matches like these are not just won on the field but off it as the fans’ support makes a massive difference. Here's to a game filled with incredible goals and unforgettable moments of brilliance.

Dan Crowley on Notts County’s Performance: Brilliance, Blitz, and Room for Improvement
It's great to see players like Crowley not just shine on the field, but also keep a critical eye on their performance. A balance of praise when it's due and an understanding of areas to improve is the mark of a true professional. Crowley has been in excellent form and his upfront reflection promises even better performance from him and the team alike. Here's to Notts County's continual improvement and triumphant journey ahead.

New bar in kop
Definitely long overdue! I always found myself in dread of the pub crush. Now with this option at the kop, it sounds much more appealing. Looking forward to it.

Luke Williams on Notts County’s Performance: A Tale of Two Halves
To me, this isn't just about the two halves. It's about conditioning and mental strength. Yes, we were breathtaking in the first half, but we slackened our grip and let it slip away in the second. It's about teaching the lads not to let complacency creep in. Keep your head high Notts, and in the words of Williams, focus on performance.

New Lincoln City coach : Michael Skubala
While I’m only vaguely familiar with the name, it seems that clubs are increasingly appointing managers who, in previous seasons, wouldn’t have been considered for first team positions. This strategy could either yield success or result in disappointment. Being a good coach doesn’t necessarily equate to being a good manager. However, it’s heartening to see someone from Nottingham being given the opportunity to prove their mettle.

Why we should sign Macari permanently .....
While he is certain to improve, he did make a costly error in the match against Crewe by turning his back on an advancing player. This isn’t the first time such a mistake has occurred. Despite this, I would still opt for a player with more experience. I bear no ill will towards the young man, as I believe he will continue to develop. However, I can understand why Luke Williams has exercised patience in including him in the team.

Notts County: A Tale of Two Novembers
This is a story that brings two remarkable events to the forefront, both of which are sources of immense pride for us as supporters. The first is the debut goal of Tommy Lawton, a moment that will forever be etched in our memories. The second is the extraordinary feat of Roy Carroll, who played two games within the span of two days, a testament to his unwavering dedication and resilience.

Defying Speculation: Luke Williams’ Commitment to Notts County
The level of concern amongst the fans was not particularly high, mirroring the situation when Ian Burchnall departed. It’s worth noting that some Notts fans have a propensity to react excessively in such situations, but in this case, it was unnecessary. Luke Williams is a man of great honour and humility. If he were to leave, I firmly believe he would prefer to be acknowledged before any information was leaked. I am confident that he holds a deep appreciation for us fans, the owners, and his colleagues, and would want to ensure a respectful departure.

Luke Williams Anticipates Tough Encounter Against In-Form Crewe Alexandra
Really looking forward to seeing our class and determination on full display against Crewe. Williams' nod to Crewe's consistently strong performance just adds to the anticipation. Further, his commitment to making Notts County a force that can't be ignored shows the kind of resilience that forms the core of our beloved team.

Dan Gosling's Arrival Infuses Notts County with Experience and Excitement
While it might take a while for Dan Gosling to find his footing, his inherent talent should be evident from the outset. The club’s decision to bring in a player of his calibre, particularly amidst the current injury crisis, demonstrates a commitment to maintaining the existing standards. This move sends a clear message that the club will not let its performance standards slip when preventable. Gosling is undoubtedly a valuable addition to our team. His presence should provide us with some versatility, as he is capable of performing tasks similar to those of Matt Palmer, albeit with a unique approach. Having a player with his experience, who can both distribute the ball effectively and retain possession when necessary, is always a boon. His arrival is a positive development for us, and we look forward to seeing the impact he will make.
