Cheltenham manager departs
Is there a tally of dismissed managers? It seems like a high number for this point in time.

Warnock Retires (again)
Best wishes to Neil Warnock on his retirement. Despite the jest that he might manage two more teams by the end of the season, I genuinely hope he enjoys his retirement.

Luton's losing streak
I’m thrilled that Luton Town managed to secure a valuable point against Wolves. I hope they treat this point as a victory. It might seem odd, but this could be a turning point that motivates them to fight for more points. I really hope things improve for Luton.

Warnock to leave Huddersfield
Darren Moore is a good choice. They might need to give him a few seasons, but if they can keep him for at least 5 years, they’ll be better equipped to progress.

Where's the money gone...an excellent listen, podcast on football finances and need for an independent football regulator
It all sounds very promising for football. If they can put into practice most of what was discussed, it should positively impact the game and spare many fans the pain and suffering. I hope they can tweak the rules with VAR, as it’s quite straightforward to do in my opinion. This could also prevent further drama.

RIP Colin Murphy
I feel a bit disrespectful that I don't know who he is, but I see he managed Notts. I do appreciate his time with the club and I do wished I knew more about him and his time here. Rest in Peace, Colin Murphy.

Through Thick and Thin: Adam Baker’s 30-Year Love for Notts County
What a fantastic read! It's wonderful to come across stories from fellow fans about their experiences supporting the club. Each of us has unique encounters, which strengthens the bond we share. The highs and lows we go through truly contribute to our resilience and fortitude.

'Mum and Dad Probably Have It Recorded’: Kyle Cameron on Watching His Equalising Goal against MK Dons
It was an absolute belter, truly deserving of being captured. It was one of the finest goals from Kyle Cameron that I can recall. He’s netted some impressive goals, but that one was a unique kind of extraordinary.

Tranmere sack their manager
In my opinion, Tranmere has been one of the poorest teams we’ve faced so far; Grimsby appeared superior. From all the highlights I’ve seen, they seemed out of their league and subpar. I’m not surprised to see them eager to make a change.

Max Power snubs Wrexham for Saudi Arabia
Max Power is a formidable force, too advanced for League Two but not quite up to par with some of the players he’ll be competing against. I would have expected him to remain in the Championship. He can’t be earning much more, otherwise it would be a complete waste.

Juventus v Notts ...12 years ago today
I don’t recall this, as I would have been too young at the time, but I am aware that we played them. It must have been fantastic to travel to Italy to witness us assist in the inauguration of the Juventus stadium. I’ve found this topic quite intriguing.

A view on Rawlinson...
We often fall into the trap of blaming individual players instead of the team as a whole. Yes, Connell Rawlinson made a poor judgement early on and wasn’t in the best position when marking, but no one else had the foresight to cover the gap. This is something we should instruct our faster players to do. I also believe that Luke Williams recognises that Rawlinson has a role within our squad but should perhaps consider which teams he would be most effective against. Richard Brindley in the centre of the back three works well, but we need to practise for situations when the defence is split like this; someone else can provide cover.

Weekend Plans - Friday 8th - Sunday 10th September
My weekend revolved around watching Notts at home and then attending a family function on Sunday. Nothing particularly exciting; I wish I could have watched the game live at Stadium MK.

Wrexham sign Steven Fletcher
I don’t believe it’s a poor signing; he’ll outperform most players in this league and it’s up to Wrexham to integrate him effectively. I believe he would score goals in our team due to our ability to create chances, but will he fit into their setup? I believe so.

Luke Williams: ‘It Feels Like We’re Turning Up for a Home Game’ at MK Dons Away
I appreciate Luke Williams’ consistent recognition of the fans’ support and his defence of the players. Macaulay Langstaff won’t always find the back of the net and sometimes defensive lapses will lead to conceding a goal. MK Dons had several good opportunities, just like Notts, but the draw was a fair outcome. Well done to Williams for giving Adam Chicksen playing time in Jodi Jones’ absence.

Dan Crowley: ‘I’ve Never Enjoyed It at a Football Club as Much as I Am Here at Notts’
Dan Crowley has been exceptional from what I’ve observed so far. He’s a player of class and his role within the team suits his abilities perfectly. I’m hopeful that he’ll add more goals to his tally, but that should come naturally. His contribution has been significant in our progression since our promotion from the National League.

Kyle Cameron: A Moment of Pure Instinct for Notts County
Kyle Cameron is a commendable player. While some supporters may concentrate on the errors of our players and use them as a basis for criticism, instances like this demonstrate his quality. In my opinion, he was one of our standout performers against MK Dons, contributing effectively to both defence and attack.
