  1. Latest table after Saturday's matches. Notts in 11th place just 3 points from the playoffs.
  2. Dissapointing result today. I think we were outplayed in every department and that is so unlike Notts over the last couple of years. The first goal was absolutely key and it stemmed from another bad error of judgement at the back once again. Every team that plays Notts waits for these opportunities to come because Notts keep giving them to opponents. Notts have never been able to counteract the high press by our opponents and until they do, I don't think that we will get success in this league. In this league a team needs some players that can be physical and mix it with the opposition. The team also needs to be able to change their playing style when it is required. Salford had a plan and it worked perfectly for them. Notts just couldn't counter act it. I think Notts have very good players & they can be successful, & with a few more additions in January they can turn things around, but I think the playing style has to change, especially how they build from the back.
  3. Final Score. Mark Stallard: 'In a nutshell they just were not good enough today. Today is the first day I would say performance was nowhere near, we got beat in every department.'
  4. Update Substitutions for Notts.
  5. Second Half begins CMON U PIES!!! Update.
  6. Half time. Much to do. Mark Stallard: 'We said before the game the difference would be in both penalty areas. Salford have been clinical.'
  7. The match is underway.
  8. Notts team to face Salford. Dan is back, so is Abbott & Platt. Ness in for Macari.
  9. Your Saturday Morning Weather
  10. Kendall remains the last English manager to win a European competition with an English club. Kendall was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame in 2005 in recognition of his contribution as a manager to the English game. Kendall is generally regarded as one of the best English managers ever.
  11. Middlesbrough 2-0 Millwall Stoke City 2-0 Cardiff City Charlton 2-0 Mansfield Town Rotherham 2-1 Northampton Wimbledon 2-1 Doncaster ???? Grimsby 1-1 Crewe Altrincham 1-0 Sutton Southend 2-1 Hartlepool
  12. @Piethagoram It doesn't matter where he lives, he's telling the truth about this terrible Labour government. They are even putting this Country into recession. Labour are losing support in droves. They kinda asked for it didn't they.
  13. More taxpayers money squandered by this government.
  14. It's great to learn that Dan is back, whether in the starting eleven, or on the bench for the Salford game
  15. After listening to Stuart's pre Salford presser, Dan Crowley is available for selection against Salford, so I expect him to be on the bench. We have to take into account Fans match fitness will need to improve for him to be 100% And more good news. Grant & Edwards are doing light training, & non contact ball work.
  16. Brown is in a season long loan but he needs to step up, these last few games before the new year otherwise, I don't see him being in Maynard's plans I wonder why Managers don't try to convert defenders into attackers? Maynard has used Cundy up front on a few occasions. Why not us him up front again? He's tall and he could be useful.
